Please note that this facility is only available where the issuer of the bill has an account at the Bank of St. Helena. Payments are made the day we receive them - we do not have the facility to accept instructions in advance. Other ways to pay billsBills with fixed amounts and regular periods can be paid by Standing Order. Bills with variable amounts and periods can be paid by Direct Debit. Use of one of these methods ensures that the payment will always be made on time, and removes the need for you to visit the bank or the billing organisation to make your payment.
