Bank of St. Helena is audited by the St. Helena Audit Service.
The bank's financial year runs from 1st April to 31st March and audited financial statements are available later the same year. The most recent audited financial statements can be downloaded from our documents section.

Twin-Site Operation
Internet links to and from St. Helena are constrained by limited satellite capacity, so to give optimal performance, Bank of St. Helena operates two websites - SaintHelenaBank.com and SaintHelenaBank.co.sh. Both currently deliver identical content, but will tend to give different performance, which will depend on the location from which you are viewing them. SaintHelenaBank.co.sh is hosted in St. Helena, so users in St. Helena will probably find that SaintHelenaBank.co.sh loads faster. Users elsewhere will probably experience better performance by using SaintHelenaBank.com, which is hosted in the UK.
