Established in April 2004, Bank of St Helena is the only indigenous, retail and commercial bank on the island. The St Helena Branch is also the Bank’s Head Office and serves a population of approximately 4,500.

BUSINESS BANKING STATION – Open Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 13:30. The station is closed on Saturdays and businesses can use the other Teller Stations for their banking.Â

The Ascension Branch serves a non-indigenous population of approximately 900, comprising mainly St Helenian, UK and US employees of the organisations operating on the island.
*The Ascension Branch opens every other Saturday. Where the branch is open on a Saturday, the Thursday before will open 08:45 – 12:00.
