We have opened a station just for our business customers! Our Business Banking Station is specifically dedicated to large pay-in transactions and business banking for our businesses, charities and organisations. Any personal banking requests will not be processed and you will be required to visit the other stations to conduct your personal banking. When the station is closed, we will not be processing large pay in requests at the Bank.Â
The station does not open Saturdays and business customers can use any of the open teller stations for their banking if visiting on Saturdays.Â
For customers processing deposits or withdrawals (including coin requests) under ÂŁ3,000 can use all teller stations. If your transaction is above ÂŁ3,000, you will be required to visit the Business Banking Station.Â
What if I visit with my pay in request outside these hours?
If the station is closed, our Tellers will not process large transactions such as pay in requests and you will need to return during the opening hours (Monday to Friday only. All stations are available on Saturdays).Â
What if I arrive on-time but am in the queue when the booth is scheduled to close?
We understand that at times, a business or two may arrive on time, but may be queuing when the station would normally close. Our Tellers will honour these customers by remaining open until your transaction is complete. Any arrivals after closing however, will be required to return during opening hours.
What if I am only doing other transactions such as Account Transfers?
If you have small transactions such as Account Transfers or Remittances, then you may proceed to any of the available open Teller Stations throughout the day. This has been implemented to help accommodate our business customers who are not making large pay ins.
What if I am withdrawing a lot of coins?
Coin requests under ÂŁ3,000 can be conducted at all available stations.
