MERCHANT BOOTH INFORMATION

We have opened a booth just for our business customers! Our Merchant Booth is specifically dedicated to large pay-in transactions and business banking. Any personal banking requests will not be processed and you will be required to visit the other stations to conduct your personal banking. When the Booth is closed, we will not be processing large pay in requests at the Bank.

The Booth does not open Saturdays and business customers can use any of the open teller stations for their banking if visiting on Saturdays.

The Merchant Booth does not have a station number, therefore, you will be required to wait to be called forward by the Teller at the station when they are ready to process your transaction.

What if I visit with my pay in request outside these hours?
If the booth is closed, our Tellers will not process large transactions such as pay in requests and you will need to return during the opening hours.

What if I arrive on-time but am in the queue when the booth is scheduled to close?
We understand that at times, a business or two may arrive on time, but may be queuing when the booth would normally close. Our Tellers will honour these customers by remaining open until your transaction is complete. Any arrivals after closing however, will be required to return during opening hours.

What if I am only doing other transactions such as Account Transfers?
If you have small transactions such as Account Transfers or Remittances, then you may proceed to any of the available open Teller Stations throughout the day. This has been implemented to help accommodate our business customers who are not making large pay ins.
