Retail finance allows financing multiple high-value household items.

You can finance multiple household items from a single application, allowing you to completely refresh a room or furnish a new home. As this is an unsecured loan option you are not required to use your assets, for security. The process requires invoices or quotations for the items you plan to purchase. (Please note this product is not available for the purchase of vehicles.)

Examples of what you can finance include:

  • Furniture (like sofas, beds, and wardrobes) and various other household items.

Borrow what fits your needs. You can apply for any amount between the minimum of £600 and the maximum of £5,000.

The longer payment term of up to 5 years means more payment flexibility to manage monthly repayments.

Customers making an application either online or in print must be a Bank of St Helena account holder.  What is needed:

  • Fully completed application form and a signed bank transfer to cover the application fee of £5
  • Pay slip
  • Invoices if available at the time of application (or a quote or proforma invoice)
  • Upon receiving an application for a Retail Finance Loan, our Lending team will ensure that all the necessary documents are present and that the application form is completed in full.
