Sole applicants are eligible to apply for 3 times their annual salary. Joint applicants are eligible to apply for 3 times the annual salary of the higher earner and 1 times the annual salary of the second applicant
Maximum repayment term is 30 years (depending on age of applicant)
Offers for first-time homeowners / mortgagors are available with details below
All loans will depend on the applicant’s income versus their expenditure
You will be required to upload a copy of your payslip with this application
This Application has a £10 Application Fee
